Hi, I have received an old IRIG Keys PRO as a gift. But it does not have any cables. I used a USB-B cable to connect it to my computer (Windows 10). However, it's USB light does not turn on. Could it be broken? or it only works when certain softwares are installed.

The iRig Keys Pro MIDI keyboard requires certain steps for installation and setup. For iOS/Android devices, you need to connect the included Lightning cable to the "iOS" port on the iRig Keys Pro and connect the Lightning connector to your iPhone/iPod touch/iPad. Additionally, you need to connect the included OTG cable to the "micro-USB" port on the iRig Keys Pro and connect the OTG connector to your Android device. If the USB light on the iRig Keys Pro is not turning on, make sure that you have an app that uses Core MIDI (such as iGrand Piano or SampleTank from IK Multimedia) open and running on your iOS device.
